Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients
250g copha
4 cups rice bubbles
1 cup icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup desiccated coconut
Directions
Melt copha in a saucepan. Allow to cool slightly.
Combine the rice bubbles, sifted sugar, and cocoa with the coconut in a large bowl. Stir in copha and mix well. Spoon mixture into patty pan cases and refrigerate until firm. Make it stand out
